Responsibilities

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Analyze user data to identify pain points, opportunities, and user needs.
Create user personas, user journeys, and user flows to understand user behaviors and motivations.
Develop and present documentation, user flows, user journey, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Creating visual UI component, icon systems, style guides & design system.
Every inch a pixel in UX/UI understanding design.
Provide sequence diagram to software developer and build friendly web/mobile application for impressive user experience.
Gather customer requirement and collaborate with marketing team to propose the best outcome.
Generate the related document such as customer specification, requirement then collaborate with business development team for customer sign-off.

Requirements

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
Good understanding of Interaction design principles.
Proficient in UX/UI designing web/mobile application experiences.
Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
Have experience in project management such as Jira is a plus.
Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
Good team player and self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude.
An understanding of continuous delivery software development.
