Job Responsibilities :
- Access, extract, and organize data related to products and raw materials from both internal and external sources.
- Analyze relationships between product performance, raw material trends, and market behavior to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Build and maintain structured databases to support ongoing marketing analysis and business planning.
- Conduct market analyses and identify actionable insights to support product positioning, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Create comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards to effectively present findings to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical departments, to develop data-driven strategies.
Qualifications :
- Male or female, Applicants aged between 25 and 30 years are preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or business strategy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel: PivotTables, data modeling, and formulas), Tableau for data visualization, and Canva for visual content and presentations.
- Be familiar with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Python (a plus)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to interpret data in a business context.
- Basic technical knowledge of chemicals or polymer products (e.g., LDPE, EVA) is preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial or petrochemical marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
