Responsibilities:
• Assist and support Instrument Assistant Manager for all Instrument activities.
• Lead specific task force for improving plant reliability with other department.
• Problem solving on which has repetitive break down or uncontrollable in proper time frame and target.
• Make proposal and presentation of problem solving to management team.
• Determine specification of equipment and machine’s spare part.
• Develop and revise procedure for critical work and provide training to maintenance people
• Recommend and revise planning for preventive maintenance works check sheet of mechanical and equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance planning team to do planning for shutdown work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrument Engineer / Control or Automation Engineer.
- A minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in maintenance functions.
- Experience in chemical / petrochemical would be advantage.
- Shown to have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task / work in fast paced environment.
- Good knowledge able to maintenance and implement DCS and PLC System.
- Good knowledge able to maintenance and implement analyzer equipment system.
