1. Sales & Distribution Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in all outlets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop the distributor network to maximize sales performance and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and order placements to maintain continuous product flow.
2. Market Development
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market reach.
- Execute new product launches and promotional activities effectively at the point of sale.
- Track competitor activities and market trends; share insights with the Area Sales Manager.
3. Retail Execution & Merchandising
- Ensure planogram compliance and brand visibility across retail touchpoints.
- Supervise merchandising standards, POS materials placement, and in-store promotions.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Handle trade queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Submit daily sales reports, route plans, and competitor updates.
- Analyze territory performance and suggest corrective actions for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the General Trade channel.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, trade channels, and distribution management
- Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and handle field operations.

Must possess a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
