Responsibilities

Development and execution of corporate and business strategies to drive sustainable growth in both short-term and long-term horizons.
Identify, evaluate, and manage new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and new projects from planning through execution and post-implementation review.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective execution of business plans and strategic projects in alignment with corporate objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of ongoing initiatives and projects, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations for MD.
Provide data-driven insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.
Improve and standardize business processes, management practices, and operational frameworks in line with corporate standards and governance.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall strategic direction and objectives of the organization.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills, particularly at the executive level.
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and leadership capability.
Proficient in English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working closely with MD or in a role such as Executive Assistant (Strategy), Business Partner, or Corporate Strategy.
Experience in medium to large corporate organizations.
Solid understanding of corporate structures, governance, and cross-functional collaboration
