• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years' experience in commercial roles, ideally in consumer healthcare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries
• Proven success managing distributor and key account relationships in Thailand's retail trade
• Strong P&L management skills with a grasp of financial metrics and operational levers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent analytical skills, including forecasting and trade management
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Thai
• Willingness to travel for business
