• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Food Technology, Production Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Age 30 years or above.
• Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, products, raw materials, and production procedures.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO, GMP, HACCP (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of occupational safety, labor laws, and relevant regulations.
• Knowledge of production cost control and waste reduction.
• Strong skills in production planning and control.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Analytical thinking and continuous process improvement mindset.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and relevant software.
