Responsibilities

Prime Function:

Drive the project forward and execute the implementation in coordination with the vendor, the MES team, and local stakeholders.
Support and drive production operations in utilizing the MES system and will play a key role in implementing the vendor Aegis’ MES system called Factory Logix.
Work with Production, IT & Digital, and Quality to optimize manufacturing processes and systems to drive business process improvements, system automation, continuous improvement, and other duties associated with production excellence.

Responsibility:

Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
Onsite driver and coordinator of the MES project and executing at E-TH.
Ensuring the pilot solution is adhering to existing ERP, MES standalone system, and current production system baseline (e.g., SMT lines).
Learn the MES template and software.
Participate in the MES vendor workshops, trainings, and on the job training.
Stakeholder management on both the execution and management level at E-TH and afterwards in operational execution.
Facilitate the change management and training academy in implementing a MES system on both production, management, and reporting level.
The MES project is part of GPV’s digitalization journey towards “Smart factory” and Industry 4.0.
Ensure global perspective and local proximity at E-TH.
Analyze and understands the GPV group production processes and can see how MES can support these processes and enhance them, and/or has production knowledge within EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services).

Requirements

Qualification (Education/ Work experience/ Skill):

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field of Engineering, Sciences, and Technology.
Experienced in Manufacturing Executive System (Aegis Factory Logix is preferable).
Experienced in PCBA industries including SMT and THT technologies.
Knowledge/experienced in XML/CSV processing and networking.
Knowledge/experienced in basic data mining.
Analytic skills and Dashboard visualization.
Systematic problem solving and decision making.
Be able to negotiate with superiors for changing and work proactively.
Fluent in English for international communication including written and verbal.
Knowledge/experience in Project Management or SDLC is a plus.
Knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office Suite (VBA is preferable).
