Key Responsibilities:
1. Helicopter Operations:
Supervise, plan, and organize helicopter flight schedules between Songkhla and
offshore locations (e.g., platforms, barges, rigs).
Monitor helicopter flight operations to comply with COMPANY’s procedures, rules
and regulations.
Arrange the helicopter flights and schedules by scrutinizing all helicopter flight booking
through COMPANY’s system and arrange the flight schedules to optimize customer
needs with cost effectiveness.
Liaise with requesters and relevant parties to plan and optimize flight schedules.
Assist the Heliport Supervisor for special or emergency flights.
Ensure flight operations data is correctly recorded and compile all helicopter flight
records, related expense and statistics and prepare the reports to relevant parties.
Co-ordinate with relevant parties throughout the entire flight to ensure smooth flight
operations during dispatch, landing, and take-off.
Prepare the reports related to JET A-1 and consumables management and co-ordinate
with Assistant Officer (Admin) for ordering.
Ensure the reception area and heliport facilities are in good condition and ready for any
visit/use.
Provide the helicopter flight booking for all offshore locations (e.g., platforms, barges,
rigs) via the COMPANY’s system .
2. Carpool Services:
Arrange and optimize daily schedule of carpool and drivers, ensuring smooth and
efficient distribution of work to optimize users’ requirements with cost effectiveness.
Ensure good and safe working conditions of carpools including possession of valid
registration and insurance coverage.
Co-ordinate with car rental agencies/contractors for schedule maintenance, repairs and
replacement.
Supervise and control all drivers to adhere to COMPANY’S SSHE policy, SSHE rules
and regulations.
Arrange transportation for COMPANY’s passengers and guests including authorities
and VIP as per the instruction.
3. Audit and SSHE Compliance
Support on-site internal and external audits related to Helicopter Operations and others
activities.
Follow all Company’s SSHE MS (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment
Management System) requirements and applicable regulations in daily operations.
4. General Administrative Support
Perform general administrative tasks and any other assignments as requested by the
COMPANY, within the capability of the contractor personnel.
