Responsible for selling the promotion-activity-area of the property.
• ดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมทางการตลาดให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้
• ดำเนินการหาได้รายจากพื้นที่ส่วนกลางเพื่อหารายได้
• จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย
• ติดต่อลูกค้าภายนอกและภายในศูนย์ฯเพื่อให้มาจัดงานในพื้นที่ส่วนของ Promotion
• ติดต่อประสานงาน อำนวยความสะดวก Organizer ในการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ
• ประสานงานกับร้านค้าผู้เช่าเพื่อช่วยเหลือร้านค้าภายในศูนย์การค้าฯ
• ศึกษาและติดตามข้อมูลของคู่แข่ง ในแง่ของกิจกรรมและราคาพื้นที่กิจกรรมเพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
Execute Media Strategies and Promotion campaigns.
• สร้างสรรค์ Content,โฆษณา และประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลข่าวสาร กิจกรรมของศูนย์การค้าฯ
• สร้างสรรค์และดูแลสื่อทุกประเภทภายในศูนย์การค้าฯ ให้อยู่สภาพดีพร้อมใช้งาน
• ดูแลสื่อออนไลน์ อัพเดทสื่อให้มีเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจดึงดูดและตอบสนองความต้องการกลุ่มลูกค้า
• ดำเนินการหารายได้จากการขายสื่อโฆษณา
• ออกแบบสื่อ และตกแต่ง เพื่อใช้ในกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา
• ติดต่อ ติดตาม ประสานงาน อำนวยความสะดวกกับบริษัทผู้ผลิต (Supplier)ในการติดตั้งรื้อถอนชิ้นงาน
• ดูแลภาพลักษณ์ การตกแต่งภายในศูนย์การค้าฯ
• ตรวจสอบป้ายประกาศรับสมัครและประกาศร้านค้าต่างๆภายในศูนย์การค้าฯ และแก้ไขตั้งวางให้ถูกต้อง
• Control budget for both offline and online advertising/promotion activities.
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Analyze of both customer research data and sale report to monitor customer needs and satisfaction.
• Analyze our campaign performance, top performance campaigns to plan the next campaign
• ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาบริหาร,การตลาด,ประชาสัมพันธ์,นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ด้านงานกิจกรรมการตลาด อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในการค้นหาข้อมูลการตลาด และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในระดับเบื้องต้นได้
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารดี มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
• สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ PowerPoint
