Trade Specialist (Share Shop) Phenix

1.Sales Performance & Target Achievement

•Monitor daily / weekly / monthly sales performance and target achievement

2. Merchandising & Inventory Control

•Ensure accurate Visual Merchandising (VM) aligned with brand standards

•Coordinate with vendor to maintain optimal stock level

•Monitor slow moving/ over stock items and recommence to mark down/promotion

•Oversee accurate stock count and enforce stock control policy

3. Customer Experience & Service Quality

•Monitor store floor product presentation & display

•Coordinate with marketing team for instore/online promotion to enhance traffic and drive sales

•Handle customer escalation promptly and efficiency

•Ensure highest standard of customer service and customer engagement

4. Team Leadership and people development

•Plan manpower scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage and high productivity

•Forester a positive customer first and sales driven culture among staff

•Conduct regular performance evaluation and provide development plan

5. Operational Excellence & compliance

•Manage day to day operation efficiency including POS control/cash handling (if any) and documented

•Support Head office team & audit reporting and cost control initiatives

•Ensure compliance with company policy, safety standard and SOPs

1. Education Background A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, International Business or a related field
2. Working Experience Minimum of : Minimum 2  years up of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, service operations, or ecosystem management. in real
