- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้คำบริการและค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ รวบรวมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องพร้อมจัดส่งให้ลูกค้าและบันทึกรายการในระบบัญชี
- จัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษีและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับเงิน ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและดำเนินการส่งเอกสารให้ลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย ปิดบัญชีซื้อ-ขาย และยื่นแบนนำส่งสรรพากร (กพ.30)
- บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายเกี่ยวกับการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์และจัดเก็บเอกสารประจำเดือน
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการจ่ายเงินก่อนดำเนินการจัดทำเช็คในกรณีมีการโอนกรรมสิทธิ์
- ติดตามการรับชำระเงินจากลูกหนี้ และจัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้คงค้าง (AR Aging)
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารประกอบงบการเงินเพื่อปิดงบการเงินทุกสิ้นเดือน (สามารถปิดงบการเงินได้)
- กระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation)
- จัดเก็บเอกสารการเงินให้เป็นระบบ และเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการตรวจสอบภายใน/ภายนอก
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงินหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานด้านการเงินหรือบัญชีอย่างน้อย 2 ปี (ในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านบัญชี และระบบควบคุมภายใน
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมบัญชีได้ดี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบบัญชีลูกหนี้ และระบบบัญชีภาษี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ และรักษาความลับทางการเงินได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และมีทักษะในการประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถปิดงบการเงินได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
