- ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป
- ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ วางแผน การทำงานในสาขา
- มีทักษะการตัดสินใจ แก้ไขปัญหาได้ลุล่วง
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารการดำเนินงานกลุ่มสินค้ากีฬา หรือด้านการค้าปลีก การค้าส่ง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ด้านกีฬา Golf จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
