ดำเนินการตามแผนงานบำรุงรักษา งานซ่อม งานปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรในไลน์ผลิตที่ได้รับมอบหมายรับผิดชอบ ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่
สมบูรณ์ เพื่อให้การผลิตเป็นไปได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ลดสถิติเครื่องเสีย และสอดคล้องกับหลักเกณฑ์ GMP
1. ร่วมมือประสานงานระหว่างหัวหน้าแผนก/หมวด และร่วมปฏิบัติงานกับพนักงานช่างในหมวด Machine Maintenance
2. รับและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและเป้าหมายของแผนก/หมวดแก่ตนเองและพนักงานช่างในหมวดปฏิบัติให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
3. ดำเนินการงานบำรุงรักษา (PM), งานซ่อม (CM), งานปรับปรุง (IM) เครื่องจักรที่รับผิดชอบให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
4. ติดตาม รายงานและประเมินผลการซ่อมแก่หัวหน้าแผนก/หมวดประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน
5. ร่วมสรุปอะไหล่ในงานบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรประจำเดือนและงานซ่อมล่วงหน้า เพื่อนำเสนอหัวหน้าแผนก/หมวด ได้ดำเนินการ
ทบทวนและประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป
- ระดับปวส. ไฟฟ้า, เครื่องกล, เครื่องยนต์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, เครื่องมือวัด, ระบบทำความเย็น
- ประสบการณ์ ดำเนินงานด้านบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม ไม่ต่ำกว่า 0-2 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในเรื่องเครื่องจักรกลในกระบวนการผลิตดีและเข้าใจในระบบบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน,
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์และมีความรู้ระบบควบคุมคุณภาพ
- ผ่านการตรวจสอบไม่แพ้ยา กลุ่มยาอันตรายสูงโดยมีใบรับรองผลการตรวจสอบร่างกายยืนยัน
