Accounting Specialist
Acer Computer Co.,Ltd.Fixed Assets (FA) Management
Prepare Fixed Assets (FA) register and record depreciation accurately.
Conduct internal fixed asset and stock count in accordance with company policy.
Plan and review Chart of Accounts (COA) to align with accounting standards and business needs.
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Review and process vendor applications and payment requests.
Perform AP payment and input VAT review.
Check business tax compliance related to vendor payments.
Revenue & Taxation
Prepare deferred revenue schedules and ensure timely recognition.
Calculate and prepare tax returns including PND.50 and PND.51.
Ensure accurate Corporate Income Tax (CIT) calculation.
General Ledger and Reporting
Prepare journal entries and GL vouchers for month-end closing.
Assist in monthly and quarterly management report preparation.
Support year-end audit by preparing necessary audit documents.
Month-End & Year-End Closing
Perform tasks related to monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and in compliance with standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
· 3-5 years’ work experience in accounting field
· Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadline.
· Interpersonal skills, high responsibility, reliability, motivation and self-oriented with good strategic thinking and implementation.
· High responsibility and accountability with proactive and positive thinking as well as can-do attitude.
· Good teamwork player within own team and cross-functions.
· Experience with ERP systems is a plus
· Strong skills in MSOffice such as Excel and data analysis tools.
· Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
