• Ensure all compensations, benefits, incentives policy/guidelines, pay structure and other health & wellness benefits are in place and fully implemented at HOPT to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Work closely with C&B Manager and propose recommendation to develop and administer compensation policies, salary structures and incentive programs.
• Prepare, analyze and provide recommendation on employee data utilization to serve business agenda such as operations performance, manhour, labor cost and other HR data analysis & reports.
• Execute job analysis and job evaluation process to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness and propose the change for management decision.
• Monitor trends and best practices in compensation and benefits and lead market survey with local neighbor companies and/or 3rd party consultants.
• Support annual compensation reviews, merit increases, and bonus administration.
• Support C&B Manager and act as Location Systems Administrator of all HRIS programs.
