Assist the coordinator team with assigned administrative functions across the division.
Maintain awareness of division activities, ensure information flow, and support day-to-day operational tasks.
Assist in preparing and updating various periodic and special reports such as narrative summaries, accounting data, database updates, and statistical reports.
Handle incoming telephone calls in a professional and service-minded manner.
Support travel advance preparation and logistical arrangements for auditors when required.
Documentation & Reporting:
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents related to operations.
Ensure proper documentation handling, filing, and accuracy in all assigned tasks.
Support process improvements and documentation accuracy as required by supervisors.
Communication & Customer Support:
Communicate effectively with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders when required.
Respond to inquiries with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Experience / Special Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative support roles.
Experience in customer-facing roles and coordination activities.
Familiarity with document handling and administrative workflows.
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good English proficiency, particularly in reading and writing.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Service-minded, reliable, and professional in communication.
