Business Development Executive (Sales Executive)
IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd.- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on marketing-generated leads to inform them about products and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, often on a monthly basis, by effectively using sales techniques and handling objections.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and customer information using CRM software.
- Work with other members of the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall sales goals and provide feedback on market trends.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Management or related field.
- Good typing and speaking communication skill in English.
- Minimum 1 years working experience is required. (those with related internship experience will also considered)
- Good coordination skill.
- Detail minded and multi-tasking skill.
