- รับผิดชอบการติดตามและตรวจสอบยอดสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากตัวแทนจำหน่ายและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำใบราคา และใบเสนอราคาสินค้าตามที่ถูกร้องขอ
- ประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องช่วยให้ใบสั่งซื้อสินค้าสามารถส่งมอบสินค้าให้ลูกค้าได้ตรงเวลา/ เปิดลูกค้าใหม่/ ติดตามการปล่อยสถานะสินค้า
- ตรวจเช็คสต๊อคสินค้าทุกสัปดาห์ /ตรวจสอบปริมาณสินค้าคงเหลือในแต่ละประเภท และประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อให้เกิดการผลิตและส่งมอบสินค้าให้สอดคล้องกับยอดสั่งซื้อสินค้าและระยะเวลาการส่งมอบที่กำหนด
- รับผิดชอบการรับคืนสินค้า (Claim)
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขายรายสัปดาห์ รวมถึงรายงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เพศชาย/หญิง ปริญญาตรี อายุ 23 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปอสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์เกษตร สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี ในด้านการประสานงานขาย สนับสนุนการขาย หรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่ ที่มีศักยภาพ
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Microsoft Excel(Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot table,Express) PowerPoint, etc.)
- มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงานเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการรายงานและเอกสารต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ดี
