- Manage and expand sponsorship and media sales opportunities across bowling venues, including lane branding, digital screens, VIP bowling rooms, and event-based marketing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract corporate clients, brand partners, and agencies for bowling tournaments, brand activations, co-promotions, and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations) to design impactful sponsorship packages and integrated campaigns tailored to client objectives.
- Manage and enhance bowling loyalty programs and CRM platforms to drive customer engagement, repeat visits, and brand loyalty.
- Analyze customer insights, footfall data, and market trends to create customized campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Oversee end-to-end marketing and sponsorship execution, including event coordination, on-ground activation, and ad hoc marketing projects.
- Prepare sales performance reports and ensure all activities align with company brand standards and overall business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Sponsorship, or Event Marketing (preferably in media, entertainment, or lifestyle business).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Energetic, result-oriented, and passionate about cinema and creative brand partnerships.
