Responsibilities

    • Perform and oversee corporate bank reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of all discrepancies and outstanding items.
    • Prepare, review, and manage bank-related documentation, including coordination with financial institutions as required.
    • Prepare and review Accounts Receivable (AR) billing, invoices, and supporting documents in compliance with company policies.
    • Develop and execute AR collection plans, closely monitoring collection performance and following up on overdue balances.
    • Monitor, control, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all Accounts Receivable transactions in SAP.
    • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, and other relevant departments to resolve billing, collection, and reconciliation issues.
    • Issue invoices, receipts, and other treasury-related documents in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Provide regular AR and treasury reports, highlighting aging, risks, and collection status to management.
    • Support internal controls, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives related to treasury and AR processes.


    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Treasury operations, cash management, or related finance functions.

    Technical & Professional Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
    • Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
    • Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, and treasury operations.
    Personal Competencies :
    • High level of integrity, diligence, and accountability.
    • Strong attention to detail with a structured and control-oriented mindset.
    • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
    • Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
