- Manage all key customers and implement align with business strategy.
- Developed commercial partnerships and solid business relationships in key customer
- Develop and negotiate for Trade Agreement as well as responsible for budgetary control.
- Cooperation among other functional team to implement integrated plan to drive sales growth and gain in market share.
- Monitor and analysis business situation with recommendation to keep competitive advantage all time
- Develop competency of team members and build team engagement for better team performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG focusing in Modern Trade
- Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good command of both spoken & written English
- Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint.
- Passionate, persevere and self-motivated to achieve the challenging sales target
