- Prepare contractors, production processes, machinery installation, setup, and testing to support smooth new product launch.
- Execute assigned engineering tasks including tool preparation, process changes, capacity testing, and Engineering Change (EC) impact analysis.
- Collect and report manufacturing process abnormalities to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in quality, productivity, and cost improvement activities, including root cause analysis and result verification.
- Follow production engineering standards, procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field of Engineering
• GPA of at least 2.50
• Male or Female, age not over 24 years old
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or at least 1 year of experience in PE or Production field
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Strong critical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints
• Willing to work overtime and on some holidays
• Minimum TOEIC score of 450 points
