- Supervise the performance and operations of the frontline team.
- Schedule work shifts, rotations, and days off while ensuring staff readiness.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports of team members to the supervisor.
- Monitor and verify the accuracy of employees’ responses to customers and their work in the system.
- Analyze the root causes of errors, escalations, and customer complaints.
- Propose process improvement initiatives to enhance work efficiency.
- Support staff in resolving on-the-spot operational issues.
- Develop team members’ skills in alignment with organizational goals (both soft skills and product knowledge).
- Analyze problem trends such as escalation causes, repeated cases, or low customer satisfaction scores.
- Prepare and summarize weekly and monthly reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Good command of English.
- Experience in call center operations, preferably in banking or other related industries.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and able to work 6 days per week.
- Service-minded and passionate about customer service.
- Good understanding of telephone systems and customer service practices.
