NOC Engineer (Shift work 24x7)

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of support within data center (Network Operation Centre: NOC) operations and ensuring that the systems run properly. (Shift work on 24x7 for 3 Days work and 3 Consecutive Days Off)
• Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems, especially the server system.
• Provide first level of fault recovery with Network Engineer team and System Engineer team.
• Provide customer service for any data center issues (On-line and Phone) and follow up issues as concerned.
• Perform scheduled data center preventive maintenance.
• Assist Network/System Engineer on network equipment installation.
• Assist in data recovery and disaster management in case there is a security breach or lost data.
• Prepare backup for systems so that data is not lost if there is a problem with the system. 

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field. 
• At least 1 years’ experience in  NOC or Network & System support or related position.
• Experience Monitoring Server, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
• Server hardware experience with Cisco and Aruba.
• Understanding of how successful processing of data center jobs and processes impacts hospital business is preferable.
• Customer Service focus, team player and good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially Shift work on 24x7.
