NPI Engineer
Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) PCLWe are looking for an internationally-minded NPI Engineer to support our enterprise product expansion. This role will serve as the key liaison between Taiwan , Japanese customers, and internal teams to drive new model readiness and project execution.
- Act as the main communication window between Taiwan BU and Japanese clients.
- Lead and coordinate new model trial runs, build readiness, and issue follow-up.
- Submit daily reports and status updates to customer-side stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all internal systems and processes are aligned for MP stage.
- Identify open issues and ensure closure before mass production transfer.
- Attend customer meetings, respond to project requirements, and maintain strong professional rapport.
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Excel; basic knowledge of Visual Basic or Python is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
