Factory Manager (Food)

- Allocate and manage the use of the company's budget and analyze expenditures to ensure the most efficient use of the budget.
- Plan and set production targets for the factory, manage the receipt of raw materials and finished goods to customers to meet quality standards and company policies.
- Control all operating processes in the company, including solving problems and handling concerns that cause damage to the company.
- Control and manage the budget expenditure to be in line with company policy.
- Manage the organization's internal operations, such as human resources and capital management.
- Plan for the development/improvement of the work process and quality to enhance the organization's Efficiency and Productivity in all departments.
- Supervise the work of personnel to achieve the organization's goals.
- Facilitate, provide assistance, and support the operations of all departments to be successful, such as making decisions, providing guidance, and assigning tasks to those responsible.
- Encourage everyone to work together and strive for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise, control, and inspect operations to ensure safety and compliance with legal requirements or specified standards.
- Supervise, care for, and inspect buildings, factories/production areas, and surrounding environmental conditions to be tidy and comply with legal standards.
- Solve problems and quickly and effectively manage various operational issues from the operators.
- Analyze, summarize, and report operational results to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Graduated at least bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 10 years in Food manufacturing
- At least 3 years working experience in factory manager role
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 , GMP, HACCP or any other related food standards
