Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to oversee and develop our sales operations in the America Zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, maintaining strong relationships with international clients, and driving sales performance in line with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage, monitor, and drive the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

2.Define, manage, and track monthly and annual sales goals for the team.

3.Prepare accurate sales forecasts in terms of volume, costing, and profitability.

4.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively acquiring new customers in the America region.

5.Present products, conduct negotiations, and successfully close sales with international customers.

6.Coordinate closely with internal departments including Production, QA, Finance, Export, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

7.Coach, motivate, and develop sales team members to enhance performance and productivity.

8.Handle customer issues and sales-related challenges professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

9.Support the development and execution of international sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

(A Master’s degree will be an advantage)

Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in international sales, business development, or sales management

Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams in medium to large organizations

Strong command of English (spoken and written); basic Thai communication skills are an advantage

Experience in a related or similar industry will be considered a plus

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

Solid knowledge of international trade practices, including Incoterms, payment terms, and export processes

Ability to analyze sales data and deliver accurate forecasts

Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international business environment
