System Engineer (Telecommunication, Voice Specialist)

- Designing tests to verify whether a system is achieving a desired function.
- Communicating with other engineering specialists throughout research and development.
- Managing projects which can include scheduling and risk assessments.
- Analyze business requirements, provide time estimates, create and modify Call Routing Strategies, preparation of design documents, system development, and production handover.
- Continuously improve system performance reports, perform root cause analysis for system outages; suggest improvements to ensure system up-time.
- Support integration of Contact Center platforms with CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems via APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Implement and maintain IVR flows, call routing strategies, and self-service solutions (DTMF, speech, Voicebot/Chatbot).
- Work closely with Contact Center Technical Lead to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Working experience of Contact Center Technologies will be an advantage.
- Continuously improve reporting accuracy and provide insights to optimize system performance.
- Developing touch tone, speech and Self Service IVR.
- Working experience of Contact Center Reporting.
- Age preferably 23-35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer science, Telecommunication, ICT, IT, IT, software engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in tele-communications, ICT, IT.
- Communicates well in English will be an advantage.
