-Identify, analyze, and develop new business opportunities to expand markets, customers, and revenue streams.
-Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
-Develop and execute business development strategies and go-to-market plans.
-Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.
-Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for clients and management.
-Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
-Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
-Manage business development pipeline and monitor performance against KPIs.
-Track project progress and provide regular reports to management.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
-2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategy, or a related role (more for senior levels).
-Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
-Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
