Internal Coordination (70%)
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments.
• Prepare summary reports for MA (Maintenance Agreement) to present in internal or client meetings.
• Coordinate to support information related to post-delivery support (MA Support).
• Manage and organize project-related documents systematically.
• Coordinate project documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Monitor project progress, report to stakeholders, and assist with problem-solving.
• Prepare internal reports, meeting documents, and meeting minutes.
• Organize internal project meetings such as project kick-off and progress reviews.
• Maintain documents such as Terms of Reference (TOR), timelines, and deliverables.
• External Coordination (30%)
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, resources, and documentation under the guidance of the lead PM.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and follow up on action items with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track project risks and issues and assist in escalation and resolution processes.
• Support communication between technical teams, vendors, and customers.
Maintain project documentation including SOWs, CRs, and meeting minutes.
