- Provide onsite technical support for Office 365 and associated Microsoft products (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business) at client locations, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding client-observed holidays.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Office 365 services, including but not limited to, email delivery, collaboration tools, document management, and synchronization problems.
- Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement proactive solutions to minimize service disruptions and improve overall user experience.
- Consult with users to understand their needs, provide guidance on best practices for Office 365 usage, and offer solutions to enhance productivity.
- Assist with Office 365 migrations, deployments, and configurations as needed.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and Microsoft support to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Educate users on new features and functionalities within the Office 365 ecosystem.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of support requests.
· Proven experience in a technical support role, specifically with Office 365 services.
· Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and other Office 365 applications.
· Familiarity with identity management concepts (e.g., Azure AD Connect, single sign-on).
· Experience with troubleshooting methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
· Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
