ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations:
Assist the Property Manager in overseeing daily work and project execution for landscaping, maintenance, cleaning, security, and renovation departments.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to resident needs and issues in both Chinese and Thai to ensure satisfaction.
Inspection
RequirementsLanguage Skills:
Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and Thai.
Education:
Diploma or above; majors in property management, customer service, or related fields preferred.
Work Experience:
Prior experience in property management or customer service preferred; candidates with experience as a company supervisor or executive assistant will be given priority.

Personal Qualities:
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
