Qualification Requirements:
(1) Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as engineering management, civil engineering, cost management, economics, etc., with professional capabilities and practicing qualifications for cost consulting.
(2) Work Experience: 5 years or more of relevant work experience in engineering cost and cost management; Familiar with the cost control and contract management throughout the process of large-scale projects, and those with experience in managing multiple projects will be given priority.
(3) Professional Skills: Familiar with local construction and development processes, engineering bidding processes, and relevant laws and regulations; Proficient in budget preparation, cost analysis, contract negotiation, and have the ability to calculate and review engineering quantities;
(4) Comprehensive Abilities: Proficient in using MS Office software, with strong organizational and coordination abilities, analytical and judgment abilities, and communication and negotiation abilities; Pay attention to details and have a strong sense of responsibility;
