Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s
revenue targets and market share goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and alignment
with company objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use
insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Sales Management: Oversee the sales process, set sales targets, and ensure the team meets or exceeds these targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize
EBITDA.
• Performance Reporting: Analyze and report on the performance of sales and marketing activities, providing insights and
recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Production Development, QA&QC ) to ensure cohesive strategies
and customer satisfaction.
• Logistics management Select carriers, negotiate rates, and manage transportation logistics to optimize delivery schedules
and costs.
• Export Business: Create and implement export strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand into new
international markets.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS (Education, Level of Experience, Language):
- Chemical Engineer or Chemistry
- Preferred master’s in business
- Language: English (written & spoken), Mandarin is also a plus
- Min 10 Years Experience in Chemical Sales for both Commodity and Specialty Chemical and lead the Sales team. Experience in various Industries

1) Lime (i.e., Calcium Oxide (CaO) and Calcium Hydroxide) and 2) Calcium Carbonate. Lime is widely used in the production process of various industries. The company supplies lime and Calcium Carbonate for both domestic and oversea customers.
The company has 4 factory located in Lopburi province and Saraburi Province. We have nine kilns for burnt lime production operating 24 hours a day with a production capacity of 492,000 tons/full capacity per annum quicklime), our Kilns are automatically control by modern computerized systems and closely monitored by experienced and skilled staff.
