1. ISO Management
- Prepare, maintain, and improve Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and other applicable organizational standards.
- Coordinate and prepare for both internal and external audits.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of the ISO system and drive consistent compliance with quality requirements across all departments (Continual Improvement).
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues and ensure proper implementation of ISO requirements.
- Provide consultation and support to departments regarding document preparation and adherence to quality standards.
2. Quality Control (QC)
- Inspect the quality of products from production processes, spare parts, and incoming/outgoing goods to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures.
- Analyze and identify the root causes of quality issues in collaboration with the production team, and develop effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data, including defect rates, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and trend analysis.
- Thai national, male or female, age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC/QA Engineer.
- Must be detail-oriented and observant, with the ability to quickly identify and sort out non-conforming products.
- Strong document management skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual, careful, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Possesses a valid driver’s license, is able to drive, and is willing to travel to other provinces when necessary.
- Note for Male Applicants: Must have completed military service or be exempt.
- Preferred: Experience in ISO 9001 management or possession of an Internal Auditor Certificate.
Working location: Bangpriang Project, Samut Prakan
