- Provide information and other documents to customer's enquiry and request regrading payment issue.
- Coordinate with other department to support collection issue.
- Key-in the follow-up information into the system.
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- Have experience more than 2 years in collection with hire-purchase, leasing or home loan.
- Able to communicate in English both of speaking and writing.
- Good negotiation and problem sovling skills.
- Good attitude and able to work under pressure.

- Good command of MS Office.
