Responsibilities
• Manage all technical aspects including the distribution or projects of Hikvision products
• Provide products demo, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance for customers
• Responsible for project management and project delivery
• Guide customer installation and configuration and how to use Hikvision Software.
• Create, manage, and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed
• Provide product and solution training for customers and users
• Resolves user problems with CCTV Systems, Access Control, Turnstile, ANPR etc Division Products and Software.

Requirements
• Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred. Fluent in English
At least 2 -year- experiences in technical support, familiar with security products
• Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness.; work well under pressure
