Key Responsibilities
- Plan, allocate, and replenish merchandise to Marimekko & Fred Perry stores, aligning with sales targets, seasonal trends, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and manage store-level stock to ensure optimal product availability and presentation.
- Identify and execute inter-store stock transfers to boost sell-thru while maintaining balanced inventory levels.
- Collaborate with buying, planning, and retail operations teams to align allocation strategies with brand and business objectives.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and store performance data to recommend timely adjustments to allocation and replenishment plans.
- Support promotional events, seasonal launches, and special campaigns through precise and timely stock distribution.
- Prepare and present regular reports on allocation performance, stock movement, and replenishment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, company policies, and operational standards in all merchandising activities.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion, or related field.

-3–5 years of experience in merchandise allocation, replenishment, or retail inventory management, preferably in fashion retail.
-Good command of English (spoken and written) for effective communication in an international business environment.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
-Knowledge of premium or international fashion brands is an advantage.
-Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
