Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Executive Director’s schedules, appointments, and meetings
Prepare minutes and produce accurate reports for meetings.
Provide full administrative and operational support to the Executive Director as assigned.
Gather, compile, and analyze information to create summary reports for executive decision-making.
Improve and streamline work processes to support the Executive Director’s workflow effectively.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Age: 25 years old and above.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company and employee information.
Effective communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and highly accurate in work execution.
Strong coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent command of English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Additional languages such as Japanese or Chinese are an advantage.
Strong computer literacy and typing skills (Microsoft Office, internet usage, and other essential tools).
