Depend on qualifications and experience
1. Manage products production process to comply with specifications and acheive the company's policy objectives.
2. Control the products production process to meet the specified timeline and production quantity.
3. Monitor and control the use of defective parts in the production process to ensure they do not exceed the defined targets.
4. Control the accuracy and timeliness of Transfer Order entries in accordance with set targets.
5. Supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure compliance with safety standards.
6. Assess risks and develope preventive measures to avoid workplace accidents within the department.
1. Graduated with Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineer, Industrial Management, or any related fields.
2. At least 5 years of work experience in an industrial factory.
3. Have knowledge in production planning and process control.
4. Have knowledge in JIG/FIXTURE preparation and LINE BALANCE implementation.
5. Have knowledge in machinery and equipment maintenance.
6. Proficient in computer skills especially, MS Office.
7. Able to coordinate with relevant departments.
8. Have knowledge of ISO management systems.
9. Strong planning skills, leadership, and effective communication.
10. Strong making decisions, solving problems, and maintaining emotional control.
