Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Manager / Business Director to maintain existing customer projects and ensure progress is made to meet the customer’s expectations or beyond. Grow and expand business and revenue with existing customers.
  • Must be able to work across various departments to achieve customer satisfaction. Be the key contact point with customers and coordinate with internal team to support the customers. Work closely with Development Team, BI, Contact Center and Operations to translate customer’s new and revised needs, schedule and requirements to serve the customers.
  • Track and maintain current and upcoming projects with tasks and action items in weekly, monthly quarterly timeline.
  • Establish best practices, standard practices, methodologies, tools and tactics. Develop tools to measure and improve performance with specific KPI to measure customer satisfaction annually.
  • Conduct monthly review and analysis of current projects and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or other related fields
  • 3-4 Years of working experience in digital advertising
  • Excellent presentation making and presenting with good oral and written communication skills in Thai and English
  • Have good service mind and able to work under high pressure and demanding situation
  • High flexibility and adaptability skills
  • Able to work as a team
