- Business Acquisition & Retention: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities while continuously nurturing relationships with the existing client base to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders—including clients, interior designers, and contractors—and formulate engagement activities to maximize sales conversion.
- Strategic Product Presentation: Plan and execute quarterly new product presentations that align with and support the company’s corporate sales strategy.
- Consultative Selling & Specification: Collaborate with the sales team on client visits to provide technical product expertise and guide the product specification (spec-in) process to ensure optimal fit for project requirements.
- Sales Closure: Actively monitor quotation status and drive the negotiation process to successfully close deals and secure purchase orders.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor pricing and market positioning to support the development of competitive pricing strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Project Sales, or related fields (experience with designer/contractor market is a plus)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Excellent coordination skills with the ability to work independently and take full responsibility
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Passionate about sales, customer success, and continuous improvement
• Possess a valid driver’s license and able to travel to meet customers
