Plan and manage IT equipment installation projects to achieve customer goals through quality control, risk management, progress monitoring, and efficient budget and resource management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans (scope, timeline, budget, milestones) and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate with customers, management, and teams; conduct meetings and resolve issues
- Control quality and proactively manage risks according to industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders regularly
- Manage budget and resources (personnel, equipment, technology) and handle scope changes
- Evaluate and close projects; deliver solutions and documentation to customers and support teams
- Comply with ISO standards, safety, occupational health, and environmental requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Experience: 5-8 years in project management
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications (preferred)
- Special Skills & Experience: Experience in CCTV, Access Control, AV System projects (highly preferred)
