Accounting Officer

- Manage accounts payable and receivable for trucking operations, including subcontractor invoices and customer billing.

- Verify transportation job sheets, delivery notes, or trip logs against vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Record and monitor transportation costs, fuel expenses, driver allowances, and toll fees in the accounting system.

- Prepare and issue tax invoices, receipts, and credit/debit notes for transport services.

- Ensure all costs are booked under the correct job number, customer, and profit center.

- Monitor and reconcile subcontractor payments, ensuring proper withholding tax deductions and compliance.

- Handle monthly accruals for outstanding transport jobs and match with actual costs.

- Support fleet accounting such as depreciation, insurance costs, and vehicle maintenance expenses.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cost analysis per route or customer.

- Coordinate with Operations and Transport teams to resolve billing or cost discrepancies.

- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and clarifying logistics-related transactions.

- Ensure compliance with Thai tax laws and financial reporting standards.

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ ช่างสังเกต มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
• มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษอ่าน เขียนได้
• มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Word ,Excel ได้
• ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
