The Assistant Manager – Event Activations is responsible for developing and delivering impactful event concepts and activations that support business objectives, strengthen brand presence, and drive customer engagement. This role leads end-to-end event planning and execution while coordinating closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
Main Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Concept Development
• Develop creative events and activation concepts aligned with brand positioning, marketing strategies, and business objectives.
• Translate commercial and marketing goals into impactful, engaging on-ground activities.
• Propose innovative formats, themes, and engagement mechanics to enhance brand visibility and audience impact.
Planning & Execution
• Plan, manage, and execute events and activations from concept to post-event evaluation.
• Prepare event timelines, budget allocation, proposals, and operational plans, ensuring cost efficiency and quality execution.
• Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Product Management, Communications, Sales, Learning & Development, Operations, Finance, to align objectives and deliverables.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, production partners, and venues to ensure timelines, budgets, and standards are met.
• Act as the central point of contact for all event-related coordination.
Performance & Evaluation
• Track event performance against KPIs such as attendance, engagement, lead generation, and brand impact.
• Prepare post-event reports with insights, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance event effectiveness and ROI.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
กลยุทธ์งานอีเวนต์และการพัฒนาแนวคิด (Event Strategy & Concept Development)
พัฒนาแนวคิดงานอีเวนต์และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาดเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ให้สอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ กลยุทธ์การตลาด และเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ
แปลงเป้าหมายเชิงพาณิชย์และการตลาดให้เป็นกิจกรรมหน้างานที่มีผลกระทบ สร้างการมีส่วนร่วม และน่าสนใจ
นำเสนอรูปแบบ ธีม และกลไกการมีส่วนร่วมใหม่ ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มการรับรู้แบรนด์และสร้างผลลัพธ์ต่อกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
การวางแผนและการดำเนินงาน (Planning & Execution)
วางแผน บริหารจัดการ และดำเนินงานอีเวนต์และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด ตั้งแต่การพัฒนาแนวคิดจนถึงการประเมินผลหลังจบงาน
จัดทำแผนงาน กำหนดระยะเวลา งบประมาณ ข้อเสนอ และแผนปฏิบัติงาน โดยคำนึงถึงความคุ้มค่าและคุณภาพในการดำเนินงาน
ควบคุมและดูแลการดำเนินงานหน้างาน เพื่อให้งานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและสอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์
การประสานงานข้ามสายงาน (Cross-Functional Coordination)
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Product Management, Communications, Sales, Learning & Development, Operations และ Finance เพื่อให้เป้าหมายและการดำเนินงานสอดคล้องกัน
บริหารจัดการและประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เช่น Vendor, Agency, ทีมโปรดักชัน และสถานที่จัดงาน เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผน เวลา งบประมาณ และมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
ทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางในการประสานงานด้านอีเวนต์ทั้งหมด
การวัดผลและการประเมินผล (Performance & Evaluation)
ติดตามและประเมินผลการจัดงานตามตัวชี้วัด (KPIs) เช่น จำนวนผู้เข้าร่วม ระดับการมีส่วนร่วม การสร้างลีด และผลกระทบต่อแบรนด์
จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลหลังจบงาน พร้อมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลลัพธ์ และข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการพัฒนาในอนาคต
แสวงหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของงานอีเวนต์และเพิ่มผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน (ROI) อย่างต่อเนื่อง
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Education :
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
