About the Role
As a Food Auditor, you will help protect public health by conducting second- and third-party audits for food manufacturing and packaging suppliers across APAC. You’ll plan and deliver audits to internationally recognized standards, write clear reports, and coach clients toward continuous improvement in food safety and quality. This role suits auditors who enjoy field work, travel, and engaging directly with diverse operations and people.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct audits: desk/document reviews, baseline/preliminary assessments, on site readiness reviews, registration/certification audits, and surveillance audits.
• Lead audit execution: manage your audit schedule and logistics, maintain calibration to scheme/client requirements, and deliver on time with high integrity.
• Assess compliance: evaluate HACCP/Preventive Controls, PRPs/GMP, supplier approval, traceability, allergen control, pest control, sanitation, food defense, and packaging controls.
• Report & follow-up: produce concise, evidence based reports; summarize findings; review corrective actions; verify closures when required.
• Client engagement: communicate effectively with site teams, account managers, and audit delivery managers; provide technical guidance aligned to scheme rules.
• Continuous development: maintain qualifications, participate in calibration/witness activities, and support onboarding of new auditors where needed.

• Training: Completion of a 2 day HACCP course; PCQI (FSPCA) a plus.
• Experience (GFSI rule): Minimum two (2) years full-time food safety function responsibility in operations (consulting may count when accountability is demonstrated; pure auditing time does not count toward the two years).
• Schemes & standards: Qualified auditor (or on path to qualification) for FSSC 22000 and/or BRCGS (Food/Packaging/Storage & Distribution/Agents & Brokers). ISO 22000 experience is beneficial.
• Skills: Strong audit interviewing, evidence evaluation, and report writing; sound judgment; analytical problem solving; professional communication in English (Thai and regional languages are beneficial).
• Mobility: Willing and able to travel up to 75–80% across APAC, including to upcountry sites and abroad.

Preferred Qualifications
• Current certification as FSSC 22000 and/or BRCGS Lead Auditor (Food or Packaging).
• Experience with Food Safety and Quality Manufacturing audits.
• CP FS/ServSafe or equivalent retail food safety credentials (for candidates with mixed retail/manufacturing backgrounds).
