Job Description

* Handle inbound/outbound call related to card and banking calls except unauthorized financial transactions

* Ensuring nil customer negative feedback or complaint

* Follow-up case and ensure that response to customer in efficient and accurate within SLA

* Strong team working ability in shift assignment to meet department

* Outbound call related to product/application/function and marketing campaign

* Support team to answer enquiries from customers

* Offering Cross-sell products to customers to drive incremental revenue

Requirements

Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree are acceptable

* 1-2 years of experience in Contact Centre field

* At least 1 year in Banking industry is preferable

* Effective verbal and written communication & listening skill

* Good service mind and positive attitude

* Problem analysis and problem-solving skill

* Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

* Able to work at UOB Phetkasem (Very close to MRT Phasicharoen)
