- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople and monitor sales activities to meet company direction
- Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives
- Provide feedback, support, coaching, and training to the sales team
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- To maintain the existing accounts and develop the new accounts.
- Ensuring sales teams procedures are maintained by sharing best practice in order to improve company‘s position.
- Control expenses, monitor and approve budgets
- Sales forecasting and maintain inventory control
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Analyze sales statistics to identify sales opportunities
- Develop promotional activation and will be had effectiveness execution
- Build and maintain strong ,long-lasting customer relationship
- Attend trade meetings and networking events
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- At least 8 years of experience in a sales management or business development role, preferably in the agricultural or food industry
- Strong understanding of the domestic sales market and distribution channels in the Northeastern region
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to analyst market data, identify trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate the sales team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
