- Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate AP records, supporting documents, and monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Support accounting and finance tasks such as expense control, reporting, and audit preparation as assigned.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on accounting and tax matters.
- Working Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:30
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.
- Good knowledge of AP processes, accounting standards, and tax-related documents.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and good time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- All statutory leave as required by Thai labor law
